How did you find out/what did you use to see how many links that search result had and exactly what links they were towards the end of the video?

Hmmm - too late. I did this today to an article that got a decent amount of views over the weekend. I will be anxious to see if it retains the 'view count' when it gets republished.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Kathy,

If you edit it -- It's been my experience that it does not go back on the list...

Not only that, but if you are on either the most viewed or most published you will not go back on those lists either.

If at all possible, I wouldn't edit an article, maybe just think about writing another fresh version of it :)

Another question (hope I haven't used my quota!)...

If for some reason you need to update an article in ezine articles. Once the article is re-submitted and re-approved, will it show up in the 'most recent' list?

Thanks,
Kathy

Kathy,

They definitely are NOT REAL TIME. There has always been a bit of a lag, but here lately the lag has been 2 days or more sometimes for the actual hops to show up.

Right now, I have a couple of sales showing up where the hops have not even registered yet and this was 2 days ago!

The good news is, the sales are still adding up and showing in your totals, but it is very hard right now to rely on their hops for statistical purposes.

Jenny, it really just depends on the strength of your competition...

Anyone that tells you that they can pin point "exactly" what it takes is a liar and you should run away from them as fast as you can :)

I've built 5 links to an article and had it on the first page where others it has taken 50 or 100.

Sorry that I could not be more precise in my answer :(
