As soon as the software installed, the computer started acting all goofy and none of my internet browsers would work so, I had to come online with my phone lol After threatening my brand new lap top and yelling at it for a while, I read the box the software came in and it is only compatible with WIN XP and 2000 not vista. So, I had to uninstall it and firefox and do a restore - then reinstall firefox. Problem is all fixed now though :) The problem was, I tried to install some software for a skype phone.
